M92 è un ammasso globulare che si trova nella costellazione di Ercole distante dalla Terra 26000 anni-luce e lo si può individuare anche con un binocolo 10x50 alle coordinate

M92 is a globular cluster located in the constellation of Hercules from Earth 26,000 years-light and you can also find with binoculars 10x50 coordinates

M92 ha magnitudine apparente di 6.3 , dimensioni apparenti di 11,2' e dimensioni reali di 84 anni-luce.

L'ammasso globulare contiene alcune centinaia di migliaia  stelle e ad oggi solo 16 stelle variabili sono state scoperte diverse, 14 delle quali sono variabili del tipo RR Lyrae la cui variabilità varia in un periodo di 12 ore.

M92 has an apparent magnitude of 6.3, the apparent size of 11.2 'and the actual size of 84 light-years. 
The globular cluster contains several hundred thousand stars, and today only 16 variable stars have been discovered several, including 14 of the RR Lyrae variables whose variability varies over a 12 hour period.

La foto di M92 l'ho scattata nella notte del 21/05/2014 dal giardino della mia casa in una zona della periferia di Treviso, a fuoco diretto con il telescopio Newton Celestron C8 su montatura HEQ5 Pro e Reflex D5000.
La foto è risultato di 4 frame da 60 sec a 800ISO, 30 dark e 7 flat.

The photo of the M92 have taken on the night of 05.21.2014 from the garden of my house in an area on the outskirts of Treviso, direct fire with the Newton telescope Celestron C8 on HEQ5 Pro mount and SLR D5000. 
The photo is the result of 4 frames of 60 sec at 800ISO, 30 dark and flat 7.
